Key Responsibilities
- Oversee liquidity planning, daily cash positioning, and forecasting
- Ensure effective working capital and cash flow management
- Develop and execute funding and capital strategies
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and refinancing initiatives
- Identify and mitigate financial risks including FX, interest rate, credit, and liquidity risks
- Strengthen treasury operations, governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Support strategic initiatives including investments, expansion, and financial planning
- Lead and mentor the treasury team while driving process improvements and digital transformation
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA / CA / CFA preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance
- Strong expertise in financial markets, risk management, and banking relationships
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in large corporates, manufacturing, banking, or financial services preferred
