Role Overview
At MultiFit, events are a core part of who we are not an add-on. From comedy nights and live bands at the club level to large-scale wellness festivals with 1000+ attendees,
we build experiences that bring our community together. Our lineup spans cricket leagues, high-energy social formats like FittyParty, and city-wide events making MultiFit as
much an experience-led brand as a fitness one.
The Head of Events & Alliances will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all MultiFit events both at a brand and club level. This role is equal parts
creative, operational, and commercial, with a strong focus on driving revenue through ticketing, partnerships, and sponsorships.
You will be responsible for building experiences that strengthen community engagement while also scaling MultiFit’s presence and profitability through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Planning
• Design a year-round events calendar aligned with brand goals, seasonal opportunities, and member engagement
• Conceptualize innovative, high-energy fitness and lifestyle events (in-club, outdoor, city-wide, and digital)
• Identify scalable formats that can be replicated across MultiFit locations
2. End-to-End Event Execution
• Oversee execution from ideation to post-event analysis
• Coordinate with club teams, vendors, trainers, and internal departments
• Ensure consistent brand experience across all locations
• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics with high attention to detail
3. Ticketing & Revenue Generation
• Drive ticket sales strategy across all events
• Price events strategically to balance accessibility and profitability
• Monitor conversion funnels and optimize sales performance
• Introduce upsell opportunities (VIP experiences, merch bundles, etc.)
4. Sponsorships & Strategic Alliances
• Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with relevant brands (fitness, lifestyle, nutrition, apparel, etc.)
• Build long-term partnerships that go beyond one-time events
• Create compelling sponsorship decks and value propositions
• Manage partner deliverables and ensure ROI for sponsors
5. Community Engagement & Brand Building
• Create experiences that deepen member loyalty and attract new audiences
• Collaborate with marketing for pre-event buzz and post-event amplification
• Leverage influencers, ambassadors, and local communities
6. Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor the events team
• Work closely with franchise owners to execute local events
• Align cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership
7. App-Led Engagement & Digital Events
• Plan and execute challenges, campaigns, and online events on the MultiFit app
• Drive participation, retention, and community engagement through digital formats
• Integrate on-ground events with app experiences (registrations, tracking, leaderboards, rewards)
• Work with tech and marketing teams to optimize user journeys and engagement metrics

Key KPIs
• Event revenue (ticketing + sponsorships)
• Attendance and conversion rates
• Sponsor acquisition and retention
• Event profitability and ROI
• Member engagement and NPS from events

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–8+ years of experience in events, brand activations, or partnerships
• Proven track record of executing large-scale events and closing sponsorship deals
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue-driven roles
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for fitness, community building, and experiential marketing
