As The Head of Talent & Operations, you will be responsible for building a high‑performance consulting workforce, driving operational excellence, and enabling sustainable growth across existing accounts.
The ideal leader brings a blend of consulting understanding, operational rigor, and talent strategy, with deep familiarity in Oracle ERP domain
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
Build and execute a scalable hiring strategy for Oracle ERP (Fusion) functional, technical, and project management roles.
Own workforce planning aligned to pipeline, utilization forecasts, and delivery commitments.
Develop competency frameworks, career paths, and certification roadmaps for Oracle Cloud consultants.
Partner with practice leaders to identify niche skills (e.g., SCM Cloud, Finance Cloud, PPM, OIC, EPM).
Drive campus hiring, lateral hiring, and global delivery center ramp‑ups.
Operations & Delivery Enablement
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across resourcing, onboarding, and internal processes.
Monitor utilization, bench management, and deployment efficiency.
Lead operational reviews with practice heads, PMO, and account leaders.
Existing Account Growth & Client Success
Partner with customer to identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities within existing Oracle ERP accounts.
Ensure strong consultant performance, client satisfaction, and proactive issue resolution.
Support proposal staffing, solutioning, and capability positioning.
Experience
10–12 years in consulting, IT services, or Oracle ERP delivery environments.
Proven experience leading Talent/People Ops, Delivery Ops, or Resource Management in an ERP or cloud consulting firm.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, delivery models, and skill taxonomies.
Experience scaling teams across India/GCC/ASEAN is a plus.
