Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring process. This role will be responsible for building a strong employer brand, scaling hiring processes, and ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our growth vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute a scalable hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Forecast hiring needs across departments (Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, etc.)
2. Leadership Hiring
- Drive hiring for mid-to-senior level roles including leadership positions
- Partner with founders and department heads for critical hiring decisions
3. Recruitment Operations
- Streamline recruitment processes and improve TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Implement ATS and data-driven hiring practices
- Monitor key metrics: cost per hire, quality of hire, offer-to-joining ratio
4. Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
- Set KPIs and ensure high performance
5. Campus Hiring
- Build campus hiring programs for entry-level roles
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams for role clarity and hiring priorities
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience
Key Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience in D2C, eCommerce, Retail.
- Strong experience in scaling teams rapidly
- Expertise in leadership hiring and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
