Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, driving employer branding, and building a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support organizational growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership, niche, and bulk hiring.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to improve hiring effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and job portals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies.
Key Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent market trends.
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
