Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain and operational processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing procurement, supply chain logistics, and operational efficiency while leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The individual will also ensure exceptional customer service, sustainable sourcing practices, and continuous process improvement to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement, with a strong ability to optimize sourcing and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including logistics planning and efficient execution of operational strategies.
- Strong Team Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Customer Service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and performance metrics.
- Strategic decision-making and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the food, dairy, or FMCG industry, along with a graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.
