Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Supply Chain Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support project and business objectives, including cost savings, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency in sourcing for solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage logistics operations and inventory control, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to project sites across India.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including market fluctuations and geopolitical issues, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Process Optimization: Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain productivity, streamline workflows, and adopt digital tools and technology.
- Sustainability Integration: Embed sustainable practices throughout the supply chain to support environmental goals and adherence to ESG standards.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage supply chain budgets, monitoring costs and finding savings opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing SCM team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
