Our client is looking for an experienced and execution-oriented professional to lead the Supply Chain function for a fast-growing consumer-focused business. The role requires strong end-to-end supply chain expertise across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
The ideal candidate should come with strong operational depth, hands-on manufacturing exposure, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the complete supply chain function, including procurement, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
● Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across supply chain activities
● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, operations, and logistics teams
● Optimize inventory planning and supply chain processes to improve cost, service levels, and operational effectiveness
● Strengthen vendor management, procurement processes, and manufacturing coordination
● Ensure timely execution and delivery while maintaining operational quality standards
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 25 members across the supply chain function
● Support business growth and scale operations in a fast-paced environment
● Work closely with leadership on strategic supply chain initiatives and process improvements
● Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) initiatives wherever applicable.
