Role Description
Raj Hospitals is looking for a dedicated Head of Supply Chain Management for a full-time, on-site role in Ranchi. The responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing supply chain processes, managing procurement and inventory, fostering supplier relationships, and leading the operations team to ensure seamless coordination. The role is critical in supporting the hospital’s commitment to delivering efficient and high-quality healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
- Strong skills in Operations Management and ensuring efficiency in processes
- Experience in Team Leadership with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to enhance supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous
