Position : Head of Supply Chain
Location: Bangalore & Chennai, India
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, drive digital transformation, and build a world-class supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Supply Chain Strategy, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Inventory Management.
- Drive S&OP/IBP processes to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital.
- Optimize logistics networks, warehousing operations, and transportation costs.
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives leveraging technologies such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, Coupa, WMS, and TMS platforms.
- Develop strong supplier, partner, and customer relationships to enhance operational performance.
- Own supply chain KPIs, cost optimization, and operational excellence programs.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Consulting.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, global supply chain operations and transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Procurement, and Distribution.
- Experience with supply chain technology platforms including Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, Coupa, and related solutions.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership.
