Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and execution-focused Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations. The role requires strong experience across procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution in fast-paced consumer businesses.
The ideal candidate should have strong manufacturing exposure along with experience in D2C, e-commerce, quick commerce, or consumer-focused growth-stage companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution
- Drive operational efficiency, production planning, process improvement, and cost optimization
- Ensure strong coordination across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
- Manage vendors, manufacturing partners, warehouse operations, and logistics partners
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
- Lead and manage the supply chain team while driving execution excellence
- Support NPD initiatives from a manufacturing and supply chain perspective
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on manufacturing experience is mandatory
- Experience across procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Execution-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- NPD exposure will be an added advantage
