Morris Matrix is hiring for the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships & Operations.
This is a high-responsibility strategic leadership role designed for individuals capable of handling business expansion, strategic partnerships, institutional collaborations, and operational execution within a fast-paced corporate environment.
The role requires strong communication, professional representation, leadership capability, operational discipline, and the ability to manage high-level business interactions across corporate firms, MNCs, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead strategic B2B partnerships and business expansion initiatives
• Represent the organization in meetings with corporate firms, MNCs, institutions, and business stakeholders
• Handle business pitching, strategic presentations, and partnership development activities
• Manage cold calling, follow-ups, professional communications, and relationship management
• Oversee documentation, reporting, operational coordination, and execution workflows
• Travel regularly for meetings, partnership discussions, and operational activities as required
Requirements:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Professional corporate presence and business etiquette
• Ability to operate in high-responsibility and execution-focused environments
• Willingness to travel frequently for strategic business operations and collaborations
• Strong operational management and organizational capabilities
Compensation:
• Initial 2-month probation period with compensation of ₹20,000/month
• Post probation compensation: ₹12 LPA CTC
• Performance-based incentive of ₹1.5 Lakhs per phase (4 phases annually), applicable during and after the probation period based on targets and performance.
Please note that this role requires immediate onboarding. Candidates must be available to join from June 2026 onwards.
