Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sponsorship. The role involves developing and executing sponsorship strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Key daily tasks include identifying potential sponsorship opportunities, presenting proposals, managing sponsor relationships, and optimizing partnership outcomes. The role demands a proactive approach to revenue generation and collaboration with internal teams to align sponsorship strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sponsorship, Sponsorship Sales, and Sales
- Proficiency in Communication and crafting impactful Presentations
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing sponsorship operations within a corporate or non-profit setting is an advantage
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
