About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Special Projects to lead and scale our luxury private events and wedding business vertical.


This role will focus on acquiring and delivering high-value private events including luxury weddings, social celebrations, and bespoke experiences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and premium clientele. The ideal candidate will combine business development acumen, relationship management, and experiential execution excellence to build a strong pipeline and deliver unforgettable events. This is a revenue-focused leadership role requiring strong market connectivity, sales capability, and end-to-end project ownership.


Industry Requirement

Candidates from the Media, Entertainment, Experiential, Luxury Events & Wedding Industry ecosystem will be suitable applicants and shall be approached for further screening


Relevant backgrounds include:

  • Luxury wedding planners
  • High-end event management companies
  • Experiential marketing agencies (premium segment)
  • Hospitality or luxury concierge businesses


Client Access Requirement

  • Established access to HNI / UHNI clientele and family offices.
  • Strong relationships with luxury wedding planners, concierge services, hospitality brands, and influencers.
  • Ability to independently originate leads and build a strong client pipeline.
  • Existing network within India and/or international luxury event ecosystem is highly preferred.


Deal Size Expectation

  • Demonstrated experience in closing high-value mandates.
  • Proven ability to convert opportunities in the range of ₹5 Cr to ₹50 Cr+ per project.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate, structure, and close large deals.
  • Track record of consistently achieving revenue targets in a relationship-driven
  • environment.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue generation for the Special Projects vertical through proactive client acquisition.
  • Identify, engage, and convert HNI/UHNI clients and premium networks.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for high-value clients.
  • Translate client vision into bespoke experiential concepts.
  • Deliver a highly personalized and premium client experience.


Project Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of luxury weddings and private events.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and vendor teams to deliver world-class experiences.
  • Ensure seamless execution aligned with client expectations.


Strategic Growth

  • Build and scale the Special Projects vertical as a profitable business unit.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships with luxury brands and venues.


Brand Positioning

  • Position Wizcraft as a preferred partner for luxury weddings and private events.
  • Enhance brand visibility within the premium and luxury segment.


Leadership Responsibilities

Requirement

  • 12–18 years of experience in luxury weddings, private events, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Experience handling high-budget weddings or private events.
  • Strong network within luxury ecosystem.
