Founding sourcing leader to build artisan networks and supply chains for a luxury home furnishings brand. Responsible for end-to-end sourcing strategy, global supplier identification, contract negotiation, and ethical procurement. Partners with design teams to align materials and product quality with brand standards. Develops craft clusters, ensures compliance, manages logistics, and implements supplier performance systems. Leads team growth and sourcing operations. Requires 15+ years’ experience, luxury furnishing expertise, artisan ecosystem exposure, and strong material and product development knowledge
