Job Summary
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Social Media to lead our social media function. You'll oversee all client accounts, guide and support the social media team, and ensure consistent quality, from day-to-day posting to long-term strategy. If you're someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive social media strategies across all client accounts and Spotlight's own brand.
- Maintain full visibility over all accounts, tracking content pipelines, posting schedules, and performance.
- Guide, mentor, and support Social Media Managers in execution, planning, and strategy.
- Review and approve content, captions, and strategies before publishing or client submission.
- Collaborate with design, video, and client servicing teams for seamless content delivery.
- Monitor analytics across accounts and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Stay on top of trends and platform updates, and share learnings with the team.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across every client channel.
What We're Looking For
- Strong command of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for B2B content
- Proven ability to lead and upskill a social media team
- Sharp strategic thinking with an eye for detail
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
