Role Description
The Head of Smart Factory Initiatives will oversee the development and deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies and strategies to optimize factory operations. This full-time role, based in the Abroad, requires hands-on leadership to design and implement smart factory solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals, and staying updated on emerging industry trends. This is an on-site position requiring a strong presence for effective coordination and team management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Smart Factory initiatives, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of factory automation projects.
- Experience with IoT, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other smart manufacturing tools.
- Proficiency in team leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, lean production principles, and process optimization.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative solutions.
