Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Head of Service Delivery. The individual will lead and manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, ensuring high-quality IT services and an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing IT service management processes, leading service delivery teams, and implementing strategies to maximize operational efficiency. Collaboration with other departments and client stakeholders is crucial to meet and exceed service performance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and overall Service Delivery
- Strong People Management skills and experience leading high-performing teams
- Proficiency in IT Service Management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in digital security and the IT sector is a strong asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks are highly desirable
- 10+ years of relevant expirience
- Hands on expeorence in niche areas such as network security, firewalls, cloud proxies, load balancers, data leakage prevention, web application firewall
- Any experience in additional security solutions is plus
- Strong foundations in networks, data privacy principles
- Any two 3rd party certifications - CCNA, CCNP, CCNS, CIPP, CEH etc.
- Professional certification in any one firewall, any one cloud proxy and any one dlp is must
- Excellent analytical skills to track progress of services
- Ability to manage people, identify new skills in market and mentor them to the successfull results
- Ability to manage multiple clients domestically and internationally
- Handle customer escalations
- Structure delivery and sustenance scope of work
- Review customer success, project management and service delivery functions
- Visit top clients to review assurance and governance
- Review deliverables such as designs, as build reports, SOPs etc
- Manage shifts and service level agreements
- Define roles and responsibilities within team
- Motivated to travel inside and Outisde India to manage key clients
