Are you an experienced leader in the agricultural machinery industry with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing technical teams?
We are looking for a Head of Service & Technical Training to lead our after-sales service operations across India.
This role will be responsible for:
✅ Recruiting and mentoring Service Engineers & Technicians
✅ Delivering technical training on agricultural machinery
✅ Resolving complex field and customer issues
✅ Developing service SOPs and technical standards
✅ Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in agricultural machinery service
- Strong expertise in power weeders, tillers, brush cutters, sprayers, and related equipment
- Proven experience in team leadership and technical training
- Willing to travel across India
