North Star Learning Collective is looking for a passionate and experienced Head of School to help build a warm, modern, and child centred early learning environment.
We are looking for someone who believes children learn best through curiosity, exploration, creativity, relationships, and meaningful everyday experiences.
What you Will Do:
• Lead school operations, educators, and parent engagement
• Build a positive and nurturing school culture
• Support holistic child development and learning experiences
• Mentor teachers and guide classroom excellence
• Help shape a future ready learning environment from the ground up
Who We Are Looking For:
• Experience in preschool or school leadership
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Warm, collaborative, and growth oriented mindset
