We don’t replace human QA editors; we supercharge them. Our platforms help BPOs drastically reduce turnaround times, protect their operating margins, and win larger, high-acuity US RFPs.
The Role
We are looking for an aggressive, highly connected B2B sales leader to drive our go-to-market execution across India. Working out of our Coimbatore headquarters, you will hunt, pitch, and close high-volume enterprise partnerships. Because we are a multi-product AI startup, you will have the unique advantage of cross-selling a broader suite of tech solutions to your network to maximize your deal sizes.
Note: We are highly open to candidates with a strong Operations Head/Consulting background in the MTSO space who have transitioned into sales or business development.
What You Will Do
- Hunt & Close: Build a robust pipeline of mid-to-large tier Indian MTSOs (focusing on hubs like Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, etc).
- Consultative Portfolio Selling: Pitch our dual-product AI suite to BPO Founders and Operations Heads, demonstrating exactly how our infrastructure shifts their unit economics and increases their volume capacity.
- Drive Adoption: You won't just sign contracts; you will ensure the client's floor actually deploys and utilizes the software, as your commissions are tied directly to the volume of lines processed.
- Bridge the Gap: Sit side-by-side with our engineering team in Coimbatore to translate direct market feedback into product improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or senior operations specifically within the Indian Healthcare BPO, Medical Transcription, or RCM sector.
- The Network: You already have the cell phone numbers of decision-makers at major transcription and coding shops.
- Tech-Literate: Comfortable discussing data security (US HIPAA compliance), API integrations, and workflow shifts with a prospective client's technical team.
- The Closer Mindset: Proven ability to navigate 3-to-6-month enterprise sales cycles, negotiate complex, volume-tiered contracts, and leverage a multi-product portfolio.
