Role Description
The Head of Sales & Reservations will lead the sales and reservations efforts for Haveli Dharampura in a full-time, on-site capacity, located in the Greater Delhi Area. This position involves overseeing the reservations process, optimizing room and dining booking strategies, and managing client relationships to increase revenue. The individual will develop and execute sales strategies, maintain relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities also include generating reports, monitoring market trends, and training the sales and reservations team to align with the company's service and cultural ethos.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies, including lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue optimization
- Strong skills in reservation systems management, booking coordination, and customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in market analysis, data reporting, and identifying target demographics
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- Experience in hospitality, luxury hotel sales, or cultural heritage tourism preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
