Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Delhi for the Head of Sales Operations – Pan India (Disposable Items) at Glopack Industries. The role involves overseeing sales operations across India, developing strategic business plans, driving sales growth, analyzing business performance metrics, and implementing effective processes. The Head of Sales Operations will also ensure smooth coordination between teams, manage resources efficiently, and strive for operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Operations and Sales, including driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform decision-making processes
- Experience in Business Planning and Business Process Improvement to drive efficiency and scalability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
- Ability to work in an on-site leadership capacity in North Delhi
- Previous experience in the disposable items or packaging industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
