Sales & Operations Manager - Rayalaseema area.
Job Summary: Responsible for driving team to meet AOP targets for responsible region and monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer engagement and driving technical product sales (recon, Ashwasan, Oil, D Check, Batteries, Repairs, Rebuild, retail products, and BD products, etc.)
2. Plans proactively for current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); and adjusts sales strategy, plans, or activities accordingly.
3. Ensure the sales team maintains strong customer relationships and delivers exceptional customer service by visiting in fold and out of fold customers and generating opportunities.
4. Analyze sales data and prepare sales forecasts for the dealership's products and services.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales promotions and advertising campaigns.
6. Leads and drives utilization of Cummins tools and processes such as the Cummins Sales Process and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
7. Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms, timely approval of necessary documents and assists with collection of accounts receivables when needed. 8. Recruit, train, and onboard sales representatives to form a competent and motivated sales team. Coach the sales team to understand customer business and leverage it for up and cross selling and look for other business opportunities.
9. Set clear sales targets for each team member and provide guidance to achieve them.
Qualifications and Competencies : MBA - Marketing / Any Graduate with Sales & Marketing experience in Industrial Products.
Sales Forecasting: Collects and assesses customer data from internal and external sources; compares against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns.
Sales Pipeline Management: Plans proactively for successful execution of account/region-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress).
Communicates effectively: developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Product & Commercial knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the dealership, and the ability to perform calculations, analyze pricing.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate with customers on pricing, discounts, and other terms to close sales deals for high value.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are needed to evaluate lead data, identify trends, and generate reports for the dealership management.
Team Management and Handling: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
