🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Leader – Unsecured Loans & Credit Cards to drive end-to-end outbound sales operations in a fast-paced BPO/contact center environment. The role focuses on leading large teams, scaling unsecured personal loan & credit card acquisitions, and consistently delivering strong business outcomes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
👥 Lead and manage large outbound telesales teams (200+ agents)
📞 Drive Unsecured Personal Loans & Credit Card sales through outbound calling and field coordination
📈 Own overall sales performance, revenue delivery & conversion growth
🎯 Deliver consistent achievement of daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
🎓 Build, train, coach & develop team leaders and sales executives
⚙️ Improve sales scripts, lead quality handling, funnel management & conversion ratios
🔥 Monitor performance dashboards and drive continuous productivity improvement
🤝 Work closely with operations, credit, and campaign teams for seamless execution
📊 Ensure strong compliance with banking and lending guidelines
✅ Requirements
🏢 8+ years experience in BPO / Contact Center / Financial Sales
👥 Proven experience in handling large-scale outbound sales teams
💳 Strong expertise in Unsecured Loans (Personal Loans) & Credit Card sales – mandatory
📊 Deep understanding of sales funnel, lead management & conversion optimization
💪 Strong leadership, team building & performance management skills
🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management abilities
⚡ Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven BFSI sales environment
