About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Head of Sales & Operations to lead Evol’s retail and backend operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership — building structure, implementing SOPs, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
You will oversee the operations team, manage store-level sales processes, and work cross-functionally to align people, product, and processes. You’ll also play an active role in refining store experiences, reducing operational errors, and ensuring customer excellence across channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead retail sales performance across all stores, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align store activations, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyse trends, and implement strategies to optimise conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations across locations, ensuring SOP adherence and operational excellence.
- Build, refine, and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and minimise errors.
- Partner with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment, accurate stock levels, and smooth product flow.
- Manage escalations and operational challenges with a solutions-first approach.
- Directly manage all operations executives, including leave handling, performance monitoring, and development planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-first service.
- Support training programs to ensure consistent operational and sales excellence.
- Align closely with merchandising, marketing, finance, and backend operations to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Provide data-backed insights to inform decision-making across pricing, inventory, and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements- 4–6 years of experience in luxury retail sales & operations; jewellery industry experience is required.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-location retail teams.
- Strong understanding of sales analytics, inventory management, and operational workflows.
- Track record of implementing SOPs and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
