Kailash Coal and Coke Company Limited requires an outstanding, result-oriented Sales Head, who would manage and grow a large-sized multi-layered Sales Team in the Coal Business Segment.
This role demands someone who has already operated at scale, handled significant revenue portfolios, and can bring structure, strategy, and leadership depth to a growing organization.
🔹Impact of the Role:
• Complete responsibility over Sales Profit & Loss Account
• Managing and structuring large sales teams
• Developing systems and process excellence
• Managing important relationships, Key Accounts, Institutional clients, etc.
• Designing business development plans for markets and revenue growth
• Collaborating with top management in important business decisions
🔹 Ideal candidate profile:
• More than 10+ years of experience in any of the coal trade businesses
• Experience of managing a large-sized sales team (Multi-Location)
• A strong understanding of the industry and exposure to high-value clients
• An experienced professional with the skill of scaling revenue and growing sales structure
• Strong analytical skills with focus on sales analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
