Job Description
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with corporate growth targets.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, social media, events) to populate the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor both sales and marketing staff, ensuring individual quotas and departmental KPIs are met.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, pricing opportunities, and new customer segments.
- Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners to ensure long-term retention.
- Reporting & Analytics: Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track performance, forecast sales, and report ROI to senior leadership
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field, deep understanding of RERA Rajasthan regulations and JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) norms.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or Sell. Do), MS Excel for reporting, and Google Analytics.
