Role Description
The Head of Sales will lead sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, managing accounts, and supporting organizational growth through effective sales and team management. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Excellent Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Account Management to nurture and expand client relationships.
- Strong Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales objectives and business development.
- Knowledge of air compression systems or related industrial equipment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
