Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Head of Sales Marketing to oversee strategic planning and execution of our sales and marketing initiatives. Based on-site at our Muzaffarpur location, this leader will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, leading the sales team, and identifying growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, implementing sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong Team Management experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client relationships.
- 20+ years of experience in a senior sales or marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
