Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales, based in Guwahati. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales department, develop and execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, lead the sales team to achieve sales & collectio. targets, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role will also involve ensuring excellence in customer interactions, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Account Management to build lasting relationships and drive client satisfaction
- Exceptional Team Management skills to lead and motivate the sales team effectively
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate sales performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role in real estate industry
