Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves daily account management, sales development, and overseeing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project alignment. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and fostering collaboration among team members to drive results. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to deliver enhanced services and achieve strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand market trends, data interpretation, and decision-making.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and creating strategic plans.
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management, fostering collaboration, and driving team success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in tools and software related to sales and reporting is beneficial.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is a plus.
