✅ Team Leadership
✅ Revenue & Market Expansion
✅ B2B / Industrial Sales
✅ Channel & Distributor Management
✅ Engineering Product Sales
Preferred Industry Background:
HVAC | Industrial Fans | Refrigeration | Air Movement | Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Products
Candidate Profile:
✔ Proven leadership experience handling large sales teams
✔ Strong techno-commercial expertise
✔ Experience driving Pan-India business growth
✔ Strategic mindset with operational excellence
✔ Strong customer relationship & negotiation skills
🎓 Qualification:
BE / B.Tech Mechanical or Electrical preferred
