Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai for the position of Head of Sales Marketing. The role involves leading and managing sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Head of Sales Marketing will also provide leadership and mentoring to the sales team to foster high-performance environments and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to motivate and guide sales and marketing teams
- Effective Account Management capabilities with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and data to inform strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
