Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting market planning initiatives. The Sales and Marketing Executive will engage with potential and existing clients, present solutions, negotiate deals, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with the creative and technical teams, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports on sales and marketing activities. The role also requires maintaining strong professional relationships, representing GL Infotech at client meetings or events, and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
- Marketing skills with experience in campaign execution and brand promotion across digital channels.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Thrissur, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital products and services such as websites, enterprise software, and social media marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and CRM tools.
