Role: Head – Sales & Marketing (Domestic)

Experience: 15 – 25 Years
We are looking for a visionary and result-driven Head – Sales & Marketing (Domestic) to lead and scale sales operations in the starch & derivatives industry.
This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic acumen, deep B2B market understanding, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define & execute sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive revenue growth, profitability & market share
- Expand into new markets while strengthening existing ones
- Lead & mentor a high-performing sales team
- Manage key accounts & industry relationships
- Oversee pricing strategy, negotiations & credit management
- Represent the organization at trade fairs & industry events
- Present business reviews, forecasts & growth plans to leadership
Preferred Background:
- MBA (Marketing) or relevant qualification (Food Tech / Chemistry / Commodity Sales preferred)
- 15–25 years of experience in B2B industrial/commodity sales
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role
- Strong exposure to food, pharma ingredients, paper, packaging, textiles or allied industries
- Proven record of achieving revenue & growth targets
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
