Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Borivali for the position of Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing client relationships, overseeing account management, and leading the sales team. Key tasks include driving revenue growth, monitoring market trends, setting sales targets, providing leadership to the team, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing campaigns and sales goals is also a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including driving revenue, creating sales strategies, and achieving targets.
- Experience and effectiveness in Account Management, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong capability in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to meet organizational objectives.
- Sound Analytical Skills for market trend analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to track performance and customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the environmental management or infrastructure sectors.
