Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Head of Sales - Hardware Products at Birla Precision Technologies Ltd. The selected candidate will oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, lead a high-performing sales team, and develop strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The role also involves conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships to achieve the company's sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Strong Account Management skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Leadership experience with Team Management skills to effectively drive performance and coordinate efforts across sales teams.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for market research and sales data interpretation to strategize growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in the hardware products or industrial engineering sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
