*RELAI is hiring — Head of Sales & Growth*
_Founding Team Role | ESOPs | Hyderabad_
We are building India's first structured data-backed property advisory platform — and we are looking for the person who will build our sales engine from 12 people today to 50 in 12 months.
Built by a team of industry experts across Real Estate, Financial Advisory, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Strategy.
*Compensation:*
Fixed: Rs.12-18L per annum
Bonus: Rs.3-5L performance incentive
ESOPs: 1-2% equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
Title: Head of Sales & Growth (Founding Team)
*The mandate:*
12 people today → 50 people in 12 months across Hyderabad and Bangalore.
*Who we are looking for — the Player-Coach:*
Someone who has built a sales team from zero, can still close deals themselves, and wants founding equity upside over a salary jump.
Ideal backgrounds:
• Real estate advisory / channel partner sales leadership
• Wealth management / high-ticket financial advisory
• EdTech city or regional sales head (pre-2022 scale)
• BFSI sales leadership with team-building track record
• Proptech startup early sales leader

✓ Built a team from 0 — not inherited one
✓ Personally hired and fired team members
✓ Closed high-ticket deals themselves
✓ Comfortable being hands-on for first 3-6 months
✓ Aligned to advisory model — zero push sales DNA
✓ Hungry for equity, not just salary

✕ Builder/developer sales background (Prestige, Lodha etc.)
✕ Only managed inherited large teams
✕ Need a fully built system to operate in
