We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head sales of our Digital & Advanced Technology (DAT) business unit. This role is accountable for defining and executing the strategic vision, driving business growth through high-impact digital transformation programs.
The incumbent will lead end-to-end sales, while building strong client relationships and enabling sustainable growth across markets.
Qualification
Post Graduate / Graduate in Engineering with MBA in Marketing from reputed institute (Preferred)
Experience
15+ years of experience in front-line Sales of Engineering services / EPCM / Consulting organization
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the overall sales strategy, vision, and growth roadmap for the DAT business unit
- Align business goals with evolving market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate closely with BU Heads, Cluster Heads, and functional leaders to drive integrated growth
- Regularly engage with top leadership, providing insights on performance, risks, and future outlook
Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Lead business development initiatives, including new market entry and service expansion
- Drive new customer acquisition across domestic and international markets
- Strengthen and grow existing client relationships, ensuring continuity and expansion
- Identify and pursue large deals and strategic opportunities
- Build and execute annual and long-term business plans (3–5 years)
- Collate market intelligence on customers, industry, and emerging trends ensuring appropriate Sales strategy
Financial Ownership
- Ownership of revenue growth, and profitability of the business unit
- Drive achievement of targets (Actual vs Budget) and ensure sustainable growth
- Monitor and enhance project margins and business efficiency
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients and key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for value creation and innovation
- Engage in client interactions, proposal discussions, and strategic reviews
People & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across sales, delivery, and technology
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
- Build organizational capability in digital and advanced technology domains

Experience & Skills Required
- Proven leadership experience in Digital, AI, Engineering Services, or Technology consulting organizations
- Strong track record in P&L management, business growth, and large deal closures
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery and large-scale transformation programs
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, AI/GenAI, and industry trends
- Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams
