Role OverviewSpazioLiv is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead the entire sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization across cities. This role will be responsible for strategy, team leadership, and scaling sales operations for residential interior and modular projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Business Growth 4CR +
- Own overall revenue targets and sales strategy
- Scale business across multiple cities and verticals
- Improve lead-to-closure conversion ratios
- Drive high-value project closures and increase average ticket size
Sales Leadership
- Build and lead teams of AGMs, Sales Managers, Designers & Closers
- Define KPIs, targets, and incentive structures
- Conduct performance reviews and leadership development
Sales Strategy & Systems
- Build scalable sales playbooks, processes, and CRM discipline
- Define pricing frameworks and discount governance
- Improve sales funnel efficiency and forecasting accuracy
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Operations & Finance
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to execution
- Drive collections discipline and payment milestone adherence
Expansion & Market Development
- Support expansion into new cities and markets
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships

Requirements- 12β18 years of experience in interior, real estate, modular or high-ticket consultative sales
- Proven experience leading large sales teams and scaling revenue
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing P&L, targets, and multi-city sales operations
- MBA or relevant management background preferred
