Prerana Motors is a prominent Tata Motors dealership group based in Bengaluru since 1991 .
We are looking for a process-driven Sales Head to lead IC & EV car sales across branches and build a predictable, scalable sales engine.This position reports to the Business Head Cars.
Role Mandate
Drive consistent and profitable sales performance by strengthening process discipline, funnel integrity, inventory efficiency, and leadership accountability across all branches.
What This Role Must Drive
- Predictable weekly & monthly sales performance
- Strong inventory turn and optimal stock alignment
- Zero enquiry leakage across branches
- Improved funnel conversions (Enquiry → Booking → Retail → Delivery)
- Reduced booking-to-retail & delivery TAT
- High customer satisfaction and delivery experience standards
- Clear SA → TL → BM ownership with disciplined review cadence
- Data-led diagnostics and fast course correction
Experience Required
- 12–18+ years in sales leadership
- Managed multi-branch / multi-location operations
- Led second-line leaders (TLs / BMs / RMs / Circle Heads)
- Proven success in structured, process-led sales environments
