Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Head of Sales - Banquets at JLN Lodhi Road. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the complete sales lifecycle for banqueting services, including identifying potential clients, managing relationships with existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. The role involves devising sales strategies, collaborating with team members, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The individual will also analyze market trends, provide sales forecasts, and implement targets to enhance the company’s presence in the luxury banquet segment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, meet targets, and optimize revenue
- Strong Account Management skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Competence in Team Management to guide and motivate sales teams effectively
- Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and performance metrics
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with high-profile clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in managing sales for banquets or hospitality services is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment with a focus on delivering customized solutions
