Role Description
The Head of Sales will oversee and drive the sales strategy of Western Overseas, managing the sales team to achieve growth targets and revenue objectives. Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chandigarh, New Delhi or Ambala requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration. The role also involves monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion in alignment with the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and meet growth objectives
- Proven expertise in Analytical Skills and Account Management to assess performance and maintain client relationships
- Team Management capabilities to lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within the education or consultancy sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
