Role Description
The Head of Sales will oversee the sales department and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, developing relationships with key accounts, and analyzing market trends. The role also requires coordination with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, Delhi or Ambala.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, set targets, and implement effective strategies
- Proven expertise in Account Management and building long-lasting client relationships
- Proficient in Team Management with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market analysis, decision-making, and performance evaluation
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or immigration consultancy sector is a plus
