Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head – APAC to lead and expand our business across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in IT services sales, with mandatory exposure to APAC markets. Experience in selling eCommerce and digital commerce solutions will be an added advantage.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new logos, managing enterprise accounts, and building a high-performing sales pipeline across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
APAC Market Focus (Mandatory)
- Drive end-to-end IT services sales across APAC region (Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, etc.)
- Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across APAC.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in target accounts.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the region.
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own revenue targets for the APAC region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Forecast sales pipeline accurately and ensure predictable revenue.
IT & eCommerce Solutions Selling
- Sell IT services including:
- Custom application development
- Digital transformation
- Managed services
- Cloud & integration solutions
- Preferred experience in selling:
- eCommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce preferred)
- Headless commerce
- Marketplace solutions
- Digital marketing services
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Participate in RFP/RFI processes and solution presentations.
- Mentor and guide regional sales teams (if applicable).
- Represent the company at APAC industry events and trade shows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in IT services sales.
- Mandatory experience handling APAC market.
- Strong understanding of APAC buying behavior and enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue across multiple APAC markets, with accountability for annual revenue targets.
- Strong network in APAC region.
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to close large and complex deals.
