As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we help organizations accelerate their digital and AI transformation journeys across India, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Head to lead our global sales function and drive strategic revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, AI Transformation, Cloud, and Digital Engineering services.
- Drive enterprise sales, strategic account acquisition, and large deal closures.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- Expand strategic partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem and partner network.
- Collaborate with marketing, presales, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure strong pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM governance, and predictable revenue growth.
Desired Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services or Enterprise Software Sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling Microsoft Business Applications, AI Transformation, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Proven track record of winning and managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales engagements.
- Experience across international markets such as UAE, US, UK, or Europe.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of consultative and solution-led enterprise sales.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
