Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Head of Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a dynamic sales team. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, analyzing sales data to identify trends, developing client relationships, implementing sales plans to achieve targets, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals. The ideal candidate will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies and meeting revenue targets
- Strong proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to nurture and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and driving performance in a sales team
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret sales trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the office furniture or similar industry will be considered an advantage
