Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for the position of Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key accounts. The role involves overseeing sales operations, analysing performance metrics, and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will also work closely with other departments to align business goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and meet revenue objectives
- Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain valuable client relationships
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively, with demonstrated experience in Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in SaaS or technology solutions is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
