Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and aggressive Sales Head to lead our expansion journey. The candidate will be responsible for driving franchise growth, B2B sales, and market expansion, while managing a high-performing team from our Lucknow Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Expansion & Revenue Growth- Drive pan-India sales strategy to scale beyond 120+ outlets
- Lead expansion into new cities and strengthen presence in existing markets
- Achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets
2. Franchise Sales & Development- Generate and close leads for laundry franchise opportunities
- Build and manage a strong franchise sales pipeline
- Oversee onboarding and support of new franchise partners
3. B2B & Institutional Sales- Acquire large clients including hotels, hospitals, hostels, and corporates
- Build long-term partnerships and key accounts
- Handle high-value deal negotiations and closures
4. Team Leadership- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team across regions
- Set targets, track KPIs, and drive performance
- Create a result-oriented and high-energy sales culture
5. Market Strategy & Analysis- Identify new opportunities and emerging markets
- Monitor competitors and pricing strategies
- Provide insights for business decision-making
6. Coordination & Reporting- Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams
- Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to outlet launch
- Maintain sales MIS, reports, and forecasts
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in laundry / dry-cleaning industry (mandatory)
- Strong background in franchise sales and expansion
- Experience managing multi-city operations
- Ability to lead teams and deliver high-growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Work Requirement:- Must be comfortable working from Lucknow Head Office
- Willingness to travel for business expansion and meetings
Preferred Qualifications:- MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Management
- Existing network in laundry, hospitality, or healthcare sectors
